We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support the Founder across various aspects of operations, strategy, personal logistics, and wellness. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional organisational skills, who can drive multiple priorities forward while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Description
  • Schedule Management: Manage the calendar, fitness schedule, travel, and personal logistics for the Founder.
  • Logistics Support: Drive the Founder to meetings, events, and personal commitments.
  • Coordination: Track birthdays, social events, and personal commitments, ensuring timely execution.
  • Inventory Management: Refill and organise personal supplies (supplements, grooming items, essentials).
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure car cleanliness, servicing, and maintenance schedules.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle gifting, printing, parcel pickups/deliveries, and event coordination.
  • External Partnerships: Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational execution: schedules, workflows, communications, and follow-ups. They will also track attendance, payroll, payouts, and team bandwidth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Documentation: Ensure clear meeting documentation: notes, insights, and actionable follow-ups.
  • Workflow Optimisation: Use Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, and AI tools to streamline workflows.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with the Founder on brand strategy, pitches, and business development.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research, audits, and prepare strategic presentations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Monitor accountability across stakeholders and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Business, Management, or related fields, along with 1–2 years of experience in EA, operations, or support roles. A certified personal trainer or demonstrable training experience is preferred. A valid driving license is mandatory.
