We are seeking a highly experienced senior designer with expertise in crafting visionary product experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess strong UX leadership skills, enabling them to guide cross-functional teams and drive strategic goals forward.
You will work on the end-to-end experience for admins and customers, creating seamless, scalable, and best-in-class solutions.
Responsibilities:- Conceptualize innovative new product designs that differentiate our experience.
- Develop user-centered design processes and shape ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories.
- Collaborate with data scientists to experiment and evolve design composition and algorithms.
- Work closely with design systems and marketing teams to ensure generated designs meet quality standards.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, push creativity, and challenge established thinking.
- Contribute thought leadership and design execution towards a long-term experience strategy.
- Plan and execute user research learning agendas with data and consumer insights.
- Foster a strong design practice, evangelizing UX + design, building a thriving culture, and sharing expertise.
- Attract, inspire, and develop talent across the larger design community.
- 10+ years of experience designing innovative digital products within large-scale ecosystems.
- 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams.
- 5+ years directing junior designers, guiding collaborators through a user-centered process.
- Multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered, creative, and innovative design solutions.
- Ability to drive Discovery and Delivery, coach team members, and leverage quantitative and qualitative data.
- Strong cross-functional relationships, presentation skills, and ability to articulate concepts.
- Graphic design fundamentals, visual craft, and ability to plan workshops.
- Skilled in remote-first collaboration tools like Figma, Slack, Jira, and Miro.
