Job Title: Technical Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed technical drawings for construction and design projects.
  • Draft plans, sections, elevations, and plumbing schematics for a wide range of architectural and engineering applications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to translate design concepts into accurate and precise technical drawings.
  • Ensure high-quality output through thorough reviews and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate drawing packages for tenders, construction, and as-built documentation, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with SketchUp is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of civil, MEP, and structural coordination is essential.
  • Familiarity with building codes, sports standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are necessary to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite tools.

1-2 years' experience in swimming pool design is desired.
