Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Engineer to join our team in Pune, India. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development of our Fusion Manufacturing Data Model (MFGDM). As a member of our scrum team, you will work closely with global developers and collaborate on delivering high-quality services.

MFGDM is the foundation of our Manufacturing Cloud and core data framework for our flagship product. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, design and implement MFGDM modules/components, and participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and validate MFGDM modules/components
  • Collaborate with other scrum teams located in Shanghai or other sites around the world
  • Build quality of work delivered and develop tools to improve high-quality services development
  • Carry out best engineering practices into own work
Requirements
  • 10+ years of software development experience in commercialized products or big-scale systems
  • Experience in Typescript, Nodejs, C++
  • Experience building apps on AWS using services such as Step functions, DynamoDB, IAM, EC2, CloudWatch, and Lambda
  • Exposure with cloud project development experience
  • Willingness to take challenges and stretch comfortable zone to grow
  • BS or higher in computer science or related technical discipline
  • Good team player
Preferred Qualifications
  • Rich hands-on project experience in full-stack cloud services development
  • Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners
  • Solid C++, Typescript skills
  • Experience working in Agile process needed
