Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this position are to design and implement comprehensive SAP Controlling solutions, ensure operational efficiency and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), test, optimize, report, and comply with organizational policies.

This role involves leading and managing a team to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational objectives, providing mentorship to team members, supporting their skill development, growth, and effective team integration.

Additionally, this position requires regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, implementation partners, and technical team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in SAP Controlling and domain expertise.
  • Hands-on experience in 2+ S/4HANA Controlling implementations.
  • Expertise in Implementation, Migration, and Production Support projects.
  • Deep understanding of Product Costing, Material Ledger, Cost Center, Cost Element, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Project Systems, and COPA.
  • Experience in facilitating Business Process Workshops and conducting Fit/GAP analysis.
  • Proficient in identifying and managing RICEFW objects.

Physical Position Requirements

Regular working hours are 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).

Additional time overlap with the EST time zone may be required during production go-live or critical project phases.
