Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Product Merchandiser to manage our jewelry collections from concept to delivery.

The successful candidate will analyze market trends, curate seasonal assortments, coordinate with design, sales, and production teams, and ensure products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product merchandising strategies
  • Collaborate with design and production on product development
  • Conduct market research to track trends, customer needs, and competitors
  • Curate seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal stock issues
  • Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools
  • Define pricing and positioning strategies based on cost and market analysis
  • Oversee quality control and adherence to production timelines
  • Lead product launches from concept to rollout

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences
  • Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and research skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with merchandising tools a plus
  • Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field
