Job Description

  • Support the execution of physical security operations and contribute to the implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures across the facility.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement crisis management and business continuity protocols, including emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Ensure front desk security operations are conducted efficiently and proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
  • Support maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.
  • Assist with coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Provide guidance and support to 3rd party security teams during overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, providing essential support during incident activation and response. This includes facilitating planning, coordination, and effective two-way communication to ensure timely escalation and collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
