We are a health and wellness company changing the face of employee health in India. Our platform caters to 1 million+ users across various large Indian conglomerates and start-ups, providing them with missing and unexplored wellness primary healthcare needs.

Traditionally, employee health benefits were synonymous with insurance/hospitalization benefits only; ie, secondary care. However, today, 90% of individual healthcare and wellness-related expenses in India are out-of-pocket on primary care; be it mental wellness, fitness, nutrition, diagnostics, medicines, and regular doctor appointments. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused such expenses to increase multi-fold and created a need for accessible systems.

In professional settings, these offerings are either lacking or provided in an ad-hoc, broken manner through various individual platforms. As a result, employees experience a disconnected experience with limited utilization and engagement.

This is where we come in - a one-stop solution for all employee health benefits needs. We help companies build customized wellness solutions focused on primary care aspects such as fitness, mental health, doctor teleconsultation, OPD programs, etc. for employees and their families, reducing out-of-pocket expenses and creating healthier workforces.

We have stitched up the broken pieces of employee health benefits in India to make one streamlined platform while increasing employee engagement through gamification.

Required Skills:

  • Data processing and information management according to guidelines.
  • Helping develop reports and analyses.
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Identifying and developing data pipelines to support data standardization.
  • Handling multiple sources of data, structuring large data sets to find usable information, and coming up with standardized schema.
  • Using graphs, infographics, data dumps, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, and other methods to visualize data.
