Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our growing team in the export-import logistics sector. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and driving the sales of logistics services to meet the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the export-import logistics market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Promote and sell logistics services, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, supply chain management, and more.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and ensure profitability.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of client logistics needs.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.
Qualifications:
- Team player with proven experience in B2B sales with minimum 2-3 years, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of export-import logistics, including freight forwarding, customs regulations, and international trade practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
