As a seasoned Workday Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing complex integrations using Workday Studio.

Our ideal candidate has a strong technical background and expertise in Workday HCM, with experience in developing and maintaining integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain integrations across multiple modules, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio, delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields, to drive innovative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services, to develop robust and scalable integrations.
