Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to gather inputs, approvals, and feedback.
  • Manage project timelines across multiple content calendars, posts, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Support research & briefs for personal branding content.
  • Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare progress reports and campaign updates.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with social media workflows is a plus.
  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, or CRM platforms.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects at once.
