System administrators are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. In this role, you will be working with various technologies to ensure that our clients receive high-quality services.

  • Server Management:
    • We require an expert in server management who can manage, configure, and maintain both physical and virtualized servers (Linux and Windows)
    • You will install, configure, and manage operating systems and essential services through remote consoles (IPMI, IDRAC, KVM).
  • Virtualization Expertise:
    • Knowledge of virtualization tools such as Proxmox, SolusVM, Virtualizor and Hyper-V is required
  • Network and Tools Management:
    • Handling tools like cPanel/WHM, Plesk, routers, and switches is a must.
    • Ensure smooth operations of DNS, email servers, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, IIS, and MSSQL.
  • Protocol and Communication Management:
    • Expertise in protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, POP3, HTTP, DNS, FTP, and SSH is required.
  • Problem Analysis and Resolution:
    • Maintain a proactive approach to hardware, applications, and network status to resolve issues quickly.
  • Scripting and Automation:
    • Familiarity with scripting languages to automate and streamline processes is necessary.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Effective communication with clients is crucial to resolving issues.
    • Maintain strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
  • People Management and Leadership :
    • Foster collaboration among team members to deliver high-quality service.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates through coaching.
    • Lead technical operations in mission-critical hosting infrastructure environments.
