About the Job

The primary scope of this role is to support brand building efforts on various solution areas. This involves creative thinking, data analysis, and executional support to help the brand achieve its business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Understanding: Understand the target audience, their triggers and barriers, competitive landscape, and other relevant factors.
  • New Product Development (NPD): Assist in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C stores, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
  • Communication Development: Manage all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, etc.
  • Data Analytics: Drive measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  • Offline Understanding: Conduct market visits to track offline business health metrics like distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, primary and secondary revenue, visibility, and planogramming.
  • Additional activities required to support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc., to drive product/therapy success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in handling business in the Offline channel is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possessed by a passion for building a consumer brand.
