Senior Software Development Team Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced software development team lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-performance trading applications. As a senior team lead, you will be responsible for driving task completion with the team, developing and maintaining complex software systems, and ensuring code adheres to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure platform stability.
  • Design and integrate third-party APIs, such as market data feeds and FIX protocol, with internal systems.
  • Optimize codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance.
  • Tackle team assignments and drive task completion with the team.
  • Develop back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research.
  • Monitor and support production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in team handling and leadership
  • Proficiency in C++, C#
  • Experience with third-party API integration (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol)
  • Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in fintech
