Financial Specialist

Job Description:

As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required. Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in developing and implementing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Account Reconciliation: Ensure that all accounts are accurately reconciled on a regular basis.
• Compliance: Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
