Job Title: Scalable AI Specialist

At Genista Biosciences, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design, build, and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models that power our innovative food safety platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and train scalable machine learning models for real-world biotech applications using Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to translate requirements into production-ready ML solutions
  • Optimize model performance and ensure reliability in large-scale production environments
  • Implement pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model monitoring
  • Integrate ML models into applications and APIs with backend teams

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as an ML Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
  • Experience deploying models at scale (cloud platforms: AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and algorithms
  • Experience with scientific/biotech/healthcare data is a plus
