Executive SAP Project Manager Role

Spearhead the successful execution of end-to-end SAP projects, encompassing planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.

  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • E nsure SAP solutions are optimized for business processes and meet quality standards.

Assume responsibility for incident management, overseeing SAP incident resolution processes, and coordinating with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate incident logs and generate reports for analysis and improvement.
  • Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.

As a Scrum Master, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Remove impediments and ensure team productivity.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, and backlog health.

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog and promote transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager.
