Job Description:

We seek an accomplished Project Director to spearhead web application and CRM development projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and extensive project management experience.

  • Oversee multiple web and CRM-related projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the tech industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of web application architecture and CRM platforms.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience with SaaS platforms or product-based projects.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and third-party tool implementation.
