Lead OLE Engineer

As a Lead OLE Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects independently and undertaking tasks as assigned. You will deliver OLE projects and lead project teams based in Bengaluru, ensuring that all inputs and outputs meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of OLE designs, including preparation, checking, and review of layout plans, bonding plans, cross sections, switching cross sections, yard designs, clearance studies, and project reports.
  • Contribute to the development of WSP company expertise in OLE engineering and rail engineering.
Technical Expertise:
  • Excellent skills in overhead wiring design related calculations.
  • Proficient with Auto Cad and Microstation.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Interact effectively with other rail disciplines to gather and provide design-related information.
  • Communicate clearly with the lead country and participate in internal and external audit preparations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12-20 years of experience in OLE design.
  • Australian geography experience is preferred.
  • Strong mentoring and communication skills.

As a successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.
