Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and confident individual to take on the role of Social Media Executive.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Confidently appear in Instagram reels and YouTube videos, showcasing excellent camera presence and communication skills.
  • Assist with shoots, including setup, coordination, and execution, ensuring seamless production processes.
  • Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and the Edits app to perform basic video edits, enhancing content quality and engagement.
  • Edit using trending Instagram formats, such as transitions, text overlays, memes, and other viral styles, keeping content fresh and relevant.
  • Create graphics, carousels, and story assets on Canva or Photoshop, elevating visual appeal and brand recognition.
Content Ideation & Scripting Support:
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager in brainstorming creative concepts, driving innovative content strategies.
  • Assist in drafting and refining scripts, hooks, and video structures, ensuring engaging and informative content.
Social Media Execution:
  • Post and schedule content across Instagram and YouTube, maintaining consistent branding and tone.
  • Stay updated on trends and adapt them to our brand, ensuring relevance and audience engagement.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in day-to-day tasks, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication and content creation.

- Experience in growing and managing social media pages, leveraging knowledge to drive engagement and growth.

- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva, utilizing software to enhance content quality and efficiency.

- Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube trends and formats, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
