Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix Administrator to lead the design and architecture of our Citrix solutions. This individual will be responsible for developing technical designs, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing expert technical leadership.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler. They will be expected to develop high-quality technical designs that cover high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect Citrix solutions, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler
  • Develop technical designs that ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
  • Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on Citrix infrastructure
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops and Hypervisors (XenServer)
  • Optimize performance and stability of Citrix infrastructure
  • Manage Citrix ADC, Gateway, SD-WAN, Web App Firewall, and Application Delivery Management
  • Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler
  • Ability to develop high-quality technical designs that cover high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
