**About the Role:**

We are seeking a talented RDMA Protocol Test Specialist to join our team at ANP HR Consultancy.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and publishing test plans for RDMA protocol features on Ethernet NIC products.

You will also work closely with architecture teams, silicon design teams, and software/firmware teams to design and execute performance and scale testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RDMA protocol testing, with expertise in Ethernet-based protocols and network drivers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and publishing test plans for RDMA protocol features.
  • Designing and executing performance and scale testing.
  • Working closely with architecture teams, silicon design teams, and software/firmware teams.

We require:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Significant experience in RDMA protocol, QoS, Packet Classifications, Linux Systems programming, Linux kernel, Linux Network Drivers, Linux Kernel Networking, Virtual Switching, and Data Center Networking.

The successful candidate will possess excellent programming skills in Python, strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills in combined software and hardware environments, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
