Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to collaborate closely with our finance team. This role plays a key part in enhancing financial systems, implementing ERP solutions, and building Power BI dashboards for real-time financial reporting and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Finance Team: Work closely with the finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Design and Develop Power BI Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead ERP Implementation Projects: Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  • Manage System Implementations: Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide System Support: Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Document Workflows and Processes: Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Train Finance Team Members: Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Power BI Expertise: Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • ERP Implementation Expertise: Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Finance System Knowledge: Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
