Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager to meet the long-term financial objectives and risk tolerance for commercial banking clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.

  • Assessment and monitoring of covenants, triggers, credit policy exceptions, and preparation of CMR reports through understanding of credit and credit risk.
  • Possess basic technical skills like Power BI, VBA, and MACRO.

Key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities
  • Research complex credit investigations and diverse credit information for loans.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area.
  • Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders including internal as well as external customers.
Requirements and Expectations

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Banking Portfolio Management.
  • Possess strong business acumen and knowledge of commercial banking operations.
