Performance Marketing Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our paid media efforts. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team inspiration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies.
  • Drive campaign budget allocation, forecasting, and reporting at senior leadership level.
  • Establish frameworks for continuous testing and optimization across ad creatives and conversion funnels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Promote data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of multi-channel paid media and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and present insights to executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset combining strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving.
