As a Cloud Infrastructure Deployment Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering care and improving health outcomes by connecting people with the care, pharmacy benefits, data, and resources they need to feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy applications to cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Develop and set up Datadog monitors and tracking for microservices and micro-front-end applications, providing real-time insights into system performance.
  • Create custom metrics to track page and API performance, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Improve processes supporting all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including source code management, testing, automation, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) working as an SRE with a focus on Microsoft Azure Cloud services and OCI.
  • Experience with scalable networking technologies, including Linux, software-defined networking, network virtualization, open protocols, App acceleration, Load Balancers, DNS, virtual private networks, and their application in PaaS and IaaS technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience in providing technical guidance and inculcating engineering best practices within development teams.
  • Deep understanding of Cloud services, including Docker and Kubernetes Service API and tooling in Azure and OCI.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation, infrastructure management, and tool development.
  • Solid incident management skills, with a data-driven and analytical approach to diagnosing complex issues.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates) and configuration management tools.
  • Proven excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards addressing operational challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence technical decisions.
