At our forward-thinking edtech startup, we're pushing the boundaries of technology-driven learning solutions. To support our rapid growth and transformative impact on the AEC industry, we seek a seasoned Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our technology strategy, drive innovation, and foster collaboration with our founding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap, aligning with our company's vision and mission.
  • Oversee the design, development, and integration of our Learning Management System (LMS) and digital platform.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and compliance of our architecture, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices in Edtech.
  • Evaluate and onboard strategic technology partners, tools, and vendors, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing tech/product team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide expert guidance on AI/ML, personalization, and data-driven features to enhance learner experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Align technology strategy with business goals, funding milestones, and scalability objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of building and scaling digital platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in product architecture, cloud infrastructure, security, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fractional/part-time capacity, balancing strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills.

  • Fractional / Part-time engagement with flexible hours.
  • Hybrid/Remote setup with occasional visits to our HQ as needed.
