Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge Executive to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, responding promptly to their inquiries and requests.
- Information Management: Stay up-to-date on local attractions, dining options, and events, providing guests with expert recommendations and insider knowledge.
- Reservations & Bookings: Facilitate seamless reservations and bookings for our guests, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, service providers, and attractions to offer exclusive deals and experiences to our guests.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and services provided, assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Special Events: Assist in organizing and executing special events and activities for our guests, ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or a luxury service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who is available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
