Senior QA Automation Engineer needed for e-commerce company.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a passion for test automation, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using modern frameworks like Playwright.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
  • Build reusable test frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, and collaborate with engineering to drive resolution.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing efforts.
  • Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and cross-browser testing to validate application quality across platforms.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years specifically in test automation using modern frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience writing test scripts for browser automation.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and experience using tools like Postman or Swagger for API testing.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
