Job Title

A dynamic and proactive Print Production Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day execution of client projects. The ideal candidate will drive on-time deliverables through effective project management.

  • Manage Client's project expectations, adhering to their processes and policies to ensure timely work completion.
  • Provide technical support and advice to minimize costs while partnering with artwork studios and printers to achieve high-quality prints.
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders during color assessments and extend support during design phases, reviewing potential risks.
  • Apply strong project management skills to track project timelines, meet deadlines, and manage color standards storage.
  • Foster good relationships across stakeholders, taking initiative to proactively resolve challenges and provide onsite, offsite, and printer-site support as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years progressive print production experience or an equivalent combination of education.
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account management.
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools.
  • Strong knowledge in various Print methods (e.g., Offset, Flexo, or Gravure).
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning).
  • The ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients or vendors.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
