Treasury Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Treasury Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong financial expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify funding opportunities and develop strategic plans to raise capital through various instruments.
  • Prepare and review complex documents, including CAMs, bank proposals, and offer documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and update treasury dockets regularly to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond promptly to lender queries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage post-sanction requirements and ensure timely loan documentation closure.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth documentation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, banking practices, and NBFC sector regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of debt raising, loan documentation, and compliance procedures.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with lenders and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
