Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Time and Absence specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of our system. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal configuration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Time and Absence configuration and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Absence modules and business processes.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud upgrade and patch application cycles.
  • Solid understanding of time and labor laws, compliance, and HR policies related to attendance and leave management.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs for interfacing is a plus.
Benefits

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to Time and Absence policies and processes. They will configure and maintain Oracle Time and Absence modules, design and implement time and attendance solutions aligned with organizational needs, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will also lead testing efforts, troubleshoot and resolve issues, develop training materials, conduct training sessions, stay updated on Oracle HCM Time and Absence module enhancements, and support change management activities.
