Key Responsibilities
  • Develop skills in MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gain hands-on experience in the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Design dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) to communicate insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools.
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
