Job Title: Golang Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Go Developer to join our engineering team at Akshaya Business IT Solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Go (Golang).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various data sources and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to design robust, scalable, and high-performance systems.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and provide input on design decisions.
  • Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through effective design and implementation.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
  • Implement caching, load balancing, and other techniques to improve system scalability.
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and perform code reviews to ensure high code quality.
  • Debug and resolve issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that applications meet quality standards and are free of critical bugs.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide status updates on projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebases, API specifications, and system architecture.
Requirements:
  • Professional experience in software development with a focus on Go (Golang).
  • Proven experience in developing backend services, APIs, and microservices using Go.
  • Proficiency in Go (Golang) programming language and its standard library.
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, parallelism, and Go's goroutines and channels.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g, Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and related services.
  • Familiarity with API design principles and protocols (e.g, REST, GraphQL).
  • Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
