Job Opportunity: Solar Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented solar technician to fill this role in Noida, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems and generators for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair solar panel systems and generators for various clients.
  • Evaluate electrical systems to determine the most suitable solar or generator solutions.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on solar panels and generators.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with solar systems and generators, implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical technology, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and or generator technology.
  • Proven knowledge of electrical systems and power generation technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in the renewable energy industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation purposes.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Relevant certifications such as NABCEP or OSHA are highly valued.
