Job Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rebar Detailer located in Chennai. The Rebar Detailer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing shop drawings, detailing steel structures, and including rebar specifications as per architectural drawings.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review shop drawings;
  • Detail steel structures;
  • Incorporate rebar specifications into drawings;
  • Collaborate with the engineering team;
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work;
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in rebar detailing;
  • Experience in preparing shop drawings and detailing steel structures;
  • Proficiency in rebar detailing and working with architectural drawings;
  • In-depth knowledge of rebar, steel detailing, and steel structures;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Relevant technical certifications or training in rebar detailing or a related field;
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
