The Human Resources Business Partner plays a strategic and hands-on role in building people strategies that fuel our company's hyper-growth. This role partners closely with stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement, and cost.
  • Engage with internal and external partners for Compensation and Benefits, Staffing, HR Systems, and business.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team. Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data to measure success, analyze trends, and develop proactive actions to support business objectives.
  • Own and drive HR policies and directives, ensuring smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
