The Cyber Risk and Regulatory field is a dynamic and rapidly evolving discipline that plays a crucial role in safeguarding organizations against cyber threats.

About the Role
  • Perform assessments, design, and implementation of IT General Controls (ITGC) requirements to ensure the accuracy and reliability of business operations.
  • Review and analyze control evidence for adherence to standards, ensuring precision and consistency in control execution.
  • Test controls for new acquisitions and in-scope entities to validate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work under general supervision with latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with control owners and operators to develop and maintain high-quality controls that meet organizational needs.
  • Identify test findings and control gaps, escalating potential critical issues to senior management for prompt resolution.
  • Foster strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

This position requires the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders, as well as the cultivation of a positive working relationship amongst team members.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Knowledge of IT General Controls, automated controls, and security measures.
  • Experience in auditing financial applications, cyber security practices, privacy, and various infrastructure platforms.
