Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project lead to ensure high-quality delivery and accelerate project progress.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, project management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for executing project plans, delivering quality software, and removing blockers for team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing project plans and delivering quality software
  • Evaluating the situation and making changes to ensure successful delivery
  • Setting expectations with stakeholders and teams
  • Monitoring project progress and determining if the project is on track
  • Keeping stakeholders informed

The project lead will also be responsible for identifying technology patterns and development practices to speed up the development process, understanding domain knowledge, and providing timely feedback to the team.

Requirements include excellent communication skills, being well-organized, having good analytical and logical thinking, the ability to work collaboratively, and the ability to evaluate team members' skills and allocate tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience with at least one software development framework, SQL databases, cloud platforms, project management tools, and source controls.
