As a senior business intelligence developer, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative data-driven solutions that drive business growth. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data models, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Essbase applications and cubes to meet business requirements
  • Manage and maintain data models, including creation of dimensions, rules, and substitution variables
  • Create and manage complex calculation scripts to meet specific business needs
  • Develop and implement security protocols to ensure data integrity and access control
  • Lead or contribute to training sessions for financial stakeholders on Essbase and other related tools
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of business needs and ability to analyze them to deliver functional and technical solutions independently
  • General knowledge of budgeting and reporting processes, solid knowledge of cost allocation mechanisms, and ability to navigate data models using Ad Hoc analyses in Smart View
  • Proficiency in creating simple and complex calculation scripts, aggregation, data clearing, scenario initialization, data copying between scenarios, and member formulas
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to train and mentor others
