Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting detailed railway specifications, translating them into structured product requirement documents, and driving technical compliance through design reviews, traceability matrices, and validation protocols aligned to Indian Railway/RDSO/customer standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Act as the bridge between domain experts, railway customers, RDSO, Railway Board, and internal hardware/software/AI teams to ensure solution alignment with operational railway needs.
  • Drive technical compliance through design reviews, traceability matrices, and validation protocols aligned to Indian Railway/RDSO/customer standards.
  • Maintain competitive benchmarking with Indian and international railway solutions to guide product roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of RDSO specifications, Indian Railway and metro processes, or similar domain-specific national and international standards.
  • Experience working with embedded systems, machine vision, sensors, or AI/ML products in the sector.
  • Work experience with CAD drawings, technical schematics, BoMs, and engineering change documents.
  • Product and project management practices with strong exposure of MS Office and requirement management tools such as JIRA/Confluence/Tello preferred.
