As a leader of SAP S/4HANA projects, you will oversee the delivery of initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support to ensure successful delivery with minimal disruption.
  • You are responsible for managing risks, issues, and dependencies, driving adoption of resolutions across business and IT teams.
  • Oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance management in line with pharmaceutical standards.
  • Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Act as an investigative lead, analyzing system or process issues and driving structured solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is required.
  • You should have strong awareness of regulated environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, commercial business flows, and integration projects is necessary.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades is preferred.
  • Experience managing third-party integration projects and interface solutions is essential.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management is required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary – proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver training and support knowledge adoption across business and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills, providing structured resolutions.
