The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning, with proficiency in programming languages like Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement conversational AI chatbots using the ChatGPT API
  • Utilize NLP techniques like text pre-processing, sentiment analysis, intent classification, and entity extraction to enhance chatbot understanding of user queries
  • Fine-tune ChatGPT models on specific datasets to tailor responses to the application's requirements and domain knowledge
  • Integrate developed chatbots with existing backend systems and APIs to provide seamless user experiences
  • Monitor and optimize chatbot performance metrics like response accuracy, conversation flow, and user satisfaction

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in ChatGPT v4, Python, with familiarity with relevant libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
  • NLP Techniques: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts including tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis
