The role of Cybersecurity Awareness and Compliance Manager is crucial in strengthening an organization's cybersecurity posture. As a key member of the security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of effective awareness programs that foster a security-first culture among employees, stakeholders, and partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Design and execute comprehensive cybersecurity awareness and behavior change programs tailored to various internal audiences;
  2. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Security Operations Centre activities while continuously refining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Security Operations Centre activities align with regulatory standards, audit requirements, and industry best practices;
  4. Engage security-related content creation for various audiences, including emailers, videos, infographics, playbooks, and e-learnings;
  5. Develop and deliver role-based security training for developers, IT staff, risk teams, and other relevant groups;
  6. Implement simulated phishing campaigns across business units and analyze campaign results to inform targeted follow-ups or remediation training;
  7. Ensure audit management by ensuring Security Operations Centre processes align with audit standards and effectively communicating findings and remediation strategies to stakeholders;
  8. Embed cyber risk awareness into business-as-usual processes through partnership with business units, risk teams, HR, compliance, and IT;
  9. Build and manage a network of security champions or ambassadors;
  10. Present updates to senior management, audit committees, and regulators as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field;

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and frameworks;

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;

• Experience with simulation tools and technologies preferred.
