We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Designer to join our team in building next-generation Drone solutions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Schematic and Layout design, Validation, board bring up and debugging.

  • Create multilayer PCB layout designs up to 6-12 Layer in mixed signal design.
  • Experience on High-speed Mixed signals, HDI Boards.
  • Handle BGAs with Blind and buried via techniques,
  • Knowledge on all latest Interfaces like USB, ETHERNET,CAN etc.
  • Differential routing, Length matching routing, Impedance routing, etc.
  • Constraints and use of the constraint manager.
  • Minimizing EMI/EMC problems.
  • DFM & DFA Analysis & Gerber & ODB ++ Checking.
  • IPC standard.
  • Schematic Designing.
  • Schematic symbols and PCB footprint approvals.
  • Schematic design entry in Allegro tool.
  • Schematic and PCB layout reviews for internal and customers.
  • Development of PCB vendors and coordination for PCB manufacturing related issues.
  • Board bring ups, debugging and testing.
  • UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI, CSI2, CAN communication etc. is preferred.
  • BOM approval and its releases.
  • Component selection for schematic designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of 10+ successful production level PCBs in market.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Third party vendor interaction and review of work.
  • Good knowledge on industrial PCB design tools and flow.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication,
