Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a strategic, creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our brand's social presence.
- Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with broader marketing objectives.
- Lead, mentor and support a team of social media specialists; conduct regular check-ins and provide performance feedback.
- Collaborate with content, design and video teams to produce high-performing content tailored for each platform.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, brand collaborations and influencer initiatives.
- Proactively identify and respond to potential brand risks on social media channels.
- Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
- 7 to 9 years of experience in social media management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success growing brand presence and engagement across major platforms.
- Strong understanding of platform best practices, social analytics tools and content performance metrics.
- Experience in team management, creative direction and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, writing and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and tone-of-voice consistency.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
