BIM Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and managing 3D models, as well as proficiency in various software applications such as Revit, Autodesk, and Allplan.

Job Description

As a BIM Technician, you will be responsible for delivering reinforcement construction drawings based on global information/intention from our engineers. You will also work with CAD/BIM Manager to coordinate engineering services on projects, develop drawings from inputs received from Lead Region, and prepare sketches/RFIs for seeking clarification from engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Agreeing drawing strategy, type, and size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure efficient methods of working.
  • Experience of working on projects of various sizes, independently and as part of a project team.
  • Knowledge of both Structural and Architecture outlook disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk, and Allplan software applications.
  • Ability to model building elements using structural drawings/PDFs or hand drafts in Revit software.
