Artificial Intelligence Psychometric Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the integration of AI technology into our assessment processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and implement AI-driven solutions for test development, data analysis, and psychometric evaluation.
  • Translate tests into multiple languages using AI-powered tools and collaborate on reviewing translations to maintain accuracy.
  • Design and develop personalized feedback systems for assessments.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to optimize AI models for fairness, accuracy, and alignment with industry standards.
  • Contribute to the entire lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.
  • Develop innovative test items for specialized evaluations.
  • Manage R&D projects using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Collaborate with consultants to create customized assessment solutions and personalized reports.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for custom tools.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
    • Knowledge of test creation and validation principles.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
