Enterprise GenAI Solutions Architect

As a key member of our AI development team, you will design and deploy cutting-edge enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). This role demands expertise in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Operations (MLOps), cloud platforms, and scalable AI architecture.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Architecting secure, scalable GenAI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, and Mistral.
  • Building RAG pipelines with LangChain, LlamaIndex, FAISS, Weaviate, and ElasticSearch.
  • Leading prompt engineering and setting up evaluation frameworks for accuracy and safety.
  • Developing reusable GenAI modules such as function calling, summarization, document chat, and Q&A.
  • Deploying workloads on cloud platforms including AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI.
  • Ensuring monitoring and observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Applying MLOps best practices such as Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), model versioning, and rollback.
  • Researching emerging trends such as multi-agent systems, autonomous agents, and fine-tuning.
  • Implementing data governance and compliance such as PII masking, audit logs, and encryption.

Key requirements include:

  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, including 2–3 years in LLMs/GenAI.
  • Strong coding skills in Python with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and OpenAI SDKs.
  • Expertise in Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, and Weaviate.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms – AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI.
  • Experience building RAG pipelines and chat-based applications.
  • Familiarity with agents, orchestration frameworks, and knowledge of MLOps stack.
  • Understanding of prompt security and LLMOps/GenAI evaluation metrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for architecture discussions and mentoring.
