Attract top talent to drive implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules. As a Lead Oracle Financials Implementer, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements and delivering exceptional results.

This is a full-time remote role that requires strong leadership skills and experience with Oracle Fusion implementations. You will work directly with clients to gather requirements, lead solutioning sessions and provide recommendations for business process enhancements.

About the Role:

  • Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules.
  • Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and provide expert guidance on system configuration.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash Management and Fixed Assets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements and leading fit-gap analysis.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project priorities and deadlines.
